What does wellness care mean to you?

In today’s blog we're talking about wellness care and what it means to you. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, to me, wellness care means getting chiropractic adjustments routinely while you are feeling good to keep you feeling that way. Wellness care can mean different things to different people.

For my first example I will use our patient, Joe. Joe’s experience highlights how wellness care improves physical performance. By enhancing his range of motion through chiropractic adjustments, he not only finds relief from discomfort but he can also hit the ball further when he is playing golf.

For our patient Susie, her main goal is to make sure that she can still get on the floor to play with her grandkids, and her monthly chiropractic adjustments allow her back to be flexible enough to do that. For our patient, Jeff, Wellness care extends beyond recreational activities to professional pursuits. By incorporating regular adjustments into his training regimen, Jeff experiences enhanced performance, shaving off valuable time in his distance runs.

For our last example, we have Sandy who has a physical job lifting boxes and packing shelves, so her ability to work hinges on managing her neck pain with regular chiropractic adjustments. So wellness chiropractic care helps to keep her at work.

So again, we come back to the question, what does wellness care mean to you? Chiropractic wellness can be beneficial for patients of all ages and all abilities, and if you would like to learn more about the details of chiropractic wellness, check out our previous blog about wellness care.
